We send you the shipping labels, and we arrange for FedEx to pick up your property at a time that is convenient for you. We also provide detailed packing and shipping instructions to ensure that your property arrives safely with no damage.

Our flat-bed imaging system has stationary scanning beds that capture professional grade images without feeding your photographs or negatives through a machine. A universal format ensures that your photos will be protected, but also that you will always be able to view them even as technology evolves.

We are always happy to return your photos to you with free shipping, but if you find that you no longer want your originals, American Digital Memories will dispose of them for you.
