We cover the cost of shipping your property to and from our digitization facility, and we ship your digital product to you free as well. We send you the shipping labels, and we arrange for FedEx to pick up your property at a time that is convenient for you. We also provide detailed packing and shipping instructions to ensure that your property arrives safely with no damage.

From small collections with rapid turn-around to long-term digitization projects, we do it all. Our full-service digitization force is divided into teams that specialize in specific types of media, so you always know that your individual project is handled by a qualified specialist.

We handle media of all types: bound and unbound print materials, microfilm, photographs, slides, negatives, film, audio and video cassettes, transcription services, vinyl records, oversize items, and so much more. American Digital Memories employs a rigorous quality assurance protocol. After your materials are digitized, our Quality Control team compares the digital copy to the original to ensure that nothing was missed and every item scanned properly. Once your digital materials are formatted, they are reviewed again by our Quality Assurance team to double-check digital accuracy and to ensure that every single image or file meets both your specifications and our high standard of quality. After your project is indexed, it is reviewed again by our Verification team to triple-check the digital accuracy, double-check the quality, and verify the accuracy of the indexing. After your materials are compiled for storage and delivery, they go to Final Look for a fourth quality control check to ensure that we are satisfied with the accuracy and quality of the final product. All of our digitization specialists sign both confidentiality and HIPAA agreements, and we never sell or share your information. Your materials are stored in a secure facility for the duration of your project. We perform our digitization services on an offline network to ensure that it can never be accessed by third parties. Even our disposal services include secure on-site shredding.

We find that many of our customers don’t want their original materials back after we digitize them. We are happy to return your originals to you with free shipping, but if you no longer want them, American Digital Memories will dispose of them for you free of charge. We offer secure on-site shredding and environmentally conscious disposal. Free shipping or free disposal. Whichever option you choose, we’ll cover the cost.
